The Environment and Health Fund (EHF) was established in 2007 with a mandate to enhance capacity and capabilities in the field of environmental health in Israel.
Our Vision
Improved population health in Israel as a result of reduced exposure to environmental pollution
Our Goals
- To broaden the scope and expertise of academic research, to improve training in environmental health, and to forge a community of interdisciplinary environmental health researchers
- To improve expertise within government and the ability to develop evidence-based policies in response to environmental health challenges, along with improved coordination and cooperation among government ministries
- To raise awareness, disseminate accurate, objective information, and promote wider professional and public interest in, and knowledge of current issues of environmental health
Our Activities
